In 1863, during the Civil War, a man by the name of C.B. Eaton appeared on the scene in Grafton, Illinois. It was he who built our tavern's own namesake. Originally named The River House Bar, the fine establishment was better known as The Bloody Bucket.
Whether singing along to your favorite tunes through our juke box or listening to one of our talented musicians, The Bloody Bucket is always the place to be. Our live music line-up features local artists playing a variety of styles including Pop, Southern Rock, Blues, and Country.
Our signature cocktail menu includes our famous Bloody Marys, Moscow Mules, Old Fashioneds, and specialty Martinis, including Classic, Lemon Drop, Melon Ball, and Cosmopolitan.
